I’ve been thinking of the last couple of days.

There’s a lot being said about how to use this time positively by Spending time with your family , your kids and spouses.

Am sure all of us feel lucky to have our full family under one roof. Eating together,Playing games,watching tv, listening to music,laughing, talking. And it’s as perfect as “and they lived happily ever after.’’

But let me tell you this, It’s probably not what you need ALL the time.

Such close proximity will lead to great times but also naturally lead to trying times. There will be disagreements, fights, arguments.

Constantly together works well on a week long honeymoon on some exotic island. Not day in day out,24/7 stuck at home. And in each others faces.

I’m all for fafmily time but I know from experience that sometimes i need to back out. Give space to myself. I need to be alone in silence by myself doing what i like or just not doing anything atall. And I don’t feel guilty about it.

And being in my space, alone for some time doesn’t undermine who I am or what i feel for my loved ones.
