A song,a place, a name,a face. It emerges out of nothing,branding you.

Undemanding of an alibi,It is Unapologetic.Knotting its gnarled fingers and wrenching your heart,Squeezing its entirety.Shredding you in slivers

And yet Descending like relief.

It’s Alive and palpable. Rattling every bone in your once alive carcass.Forced like a gush of blood throbbing through your veins.

It’s a welcome change from fake smiles And air kisses. 

It is guttural,it is feral,it is greedy.                Unstoppable once it’s tasted blood.Feeding on the unrequited.Tasting destruction,And relishing your ruins.Leaving you undone.

It is selfish and demanding.Commanding absolute submission,Taking what it rightfully owns.Consuming you whole.
