FINALLY I FOUND IT!!!!!OMG!!!I finally found the perfect apartment which from now on is going to be my home.

I’m so so so happy and relived. It’s exactly the Kind of place I wanted. It’s airy,with lots of sunshine,and not in the urban area but in the medieval quarters with balconies overlooking a quaint but busy square,small pebbled streets dotted with restaurants,enhanced by live musicians,the arches donning the blue skies,museums,cathedrals and art at every nook and corner.

It even has a flea market over the weekends which is one of the things I look forward to when I am traveling. Not to buy but just browse around. A view into the historic pasts of people.

The house,It’s just perfect. Finally I have a home to look forward to and now I can focus on my school and come back and work in an environment which is absolutely inspirational.

Today after being in Barcelona for a week I finally enjoyed a coffee in a small coffee shop sitting on the road listening to music(lots of street performers around.) watching the world go by. Oh and by the way this cafe serves Bombay chicken curry and basmati rice🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Have settled in and set up home. Had a peaceful nights sleep and woke up to sunshine and a chill.(it rained last night.) Opened the windows to a square full of people. Men,women,kids carrying balloons,some stylishly dressed,most in Keds and jackets and cameras obviously tourists,a bride to be with her friends probably heading for a hens party 💃🏻💃🏻and lots and lots of people enjoying the sun and soaking in the ambience,as I do sitting in my balcony enjoying my tea.😇 There’s a small grocery and utility store a stones throw ways from my house. Went there to get some basics for myself. Language is a problem, no English. And I know “hola” and “gracias” (with a smile.) Was trying to make this guy understand milk,not soya,not strawberry just low fat milk. I thought “fat” world over was “fat”.🤔. Anyway finally gave up and was trying to read the packaging which was obviously all in Spanish and the guy says in actions(like we are both dumb and deaf.) “where?” Or so I presume and I reply “India.” And he says “Aap urdu mein bata deti.” 😁Omg was I happy. He was Pakistani.😊

So today am going to school just to figure how much time I take by the metro. The metro station is a walk from my apartment and then once I reach my school area it’s another short walk.(Hopefully will loose weight along with my way.) 🤔

So at the metro station, I have figured the route I have to take,have put my card into the machine and the pin and am waiting for my ticket. 🤔Nothing happens 😕i put my card again and I wait wait and wait wait. Finally a Rude Lady comes by,I ask her to help(all in actions.)she rolls her eyes n points down and the ticket is there 😁since last ten minutes it’s been there while I’ve been struggling with my card. 🙄seriously. I wonder why i get hit by the deaf dumb and dumber syndrome when I travel abroad.🤔

Anyway so ve taken the train reached the school station and walked endlessly following the google map. A lot of times stopped and went round in 360 degree circles to align myself with the direction on the map and bingo!!! After a lot of lefts rights and wrongs reached my school. Now Dabba aeis paise and back. The journey back wasn’t that difficult actually. So a total of 30 minutes and am at school.

It’s evening and not yet sun down.Am sitting in front of the cathedral having Irish coffee n there’s a full on orchestra wit trumpets guitars violins n chelo playing on its steps of the cathedral n some guys r dancing. Could it get more beautiful. 

Now Once I go back to my area will get some more house utilities and just wander around some more enjoying the city. And getting a feel of a home away from home. With the sound of music!!!”
